You've already built the team. Led the people. Created the results.
Now you're looking at what's next, and you're not willing to attach your name to just anything.
Neither am I.
You know what you bring to the table. Leadership. Relationships. Influence. Years of experience you didn't build overnight.
You're not looking for somewhere to simply plug in and start selling again.
You're looking for a place worthy of what you've already built.
You may simply need the right women at your side for the season you are stepping into. When the right women gather, nobody fights for a seat. We build

Fifteen years ago, I was a critical care nurse working night shift in the ER, determined to spend fewer hours at the hospital and more of them at home with my babies. I started building a business in the margins of very full days. What began as a way to create more choices for my family became years of building teams, developing leaders, and creating massive success in this industry.
I built a business I was incredibly proud of and stayed loyal even when things started changing. But eventually, I had to be honest about what I was seeing. I was happy until I wasn't. And at this point in my life, I'm not interested in simply building something big.
I care who I build it with.
I only link arms with a few new leaders at a time, because I work closely with the women I bring in. If something in you is stirring, send me your answers to these three:
